Maintenance of Lesotho PlayPumps 2021

We recently visited Lesotho and maintained 22 of our PlayPumps there, thanks to generous donations from donors.

These PlayPumps were installed in 2009 and 2010 and are still needed by the local communities because of the lack of reliable running water.

When the team arrived the children were nearly always playing on the PlayPumps.

The local children found the maintenance team provided great entertainment while they replaced cylinders, columns, rods, repaired taps and mended the soil crete under the PlayPump heads.

We have also continued to maintain our PlayPumps in South Africa, having recently visited KwaZulu Natal and the Eastern Cape and are about to go to Limpopo and Mpumalanga.

We ask for your support in continuing to keep our PlayPumps working and providing much needed water
